Who we are

We are Watlington Community Property Limited, a Community Benefit Society registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (No. 9831). Our purpose is to acquire and manage commercial property in Watlington for the long-term benefit of the local community.

How we use your data

We use your data only for the purpose for which you provided it. We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If you have registered an interest or signed up for updates via our Mailchimp form, we will use your name and email address to send you information about WCP's progress, the share offer, and community events in Watlington. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us at secretary@watlingtoncpt.org.uk.

Who we share your data with

We use the following services to help us communicate and manage information. These services process your data on our behalf and are required to keep it secure and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Both services operate data processing agreements compliant with UK GDPR. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
